<p>Rick, the founder of ImagePatrol, Inc., a design, web &amp; brand vision company, started his professional career in 1976 as a designer with one of Ohio’s top design firms. After a few years, he moved to Minneapolis in 1979 where he joined a large creative group at Webb Publishing Company. He quickly became the Senior Art Director of their special design and tactical group responsible for presenting new publication concepts to Fortune 500 companies. Under his direction the company acquired accounts such as Farmers Insurance Group, AAA and advanced Webb’s In-flight publications of Northwest, TWA and Frontier Airlines.  Desiring to expand his breath of experience he resigned from Webb Publishing to form the partnership of Pollock/Haro and Associates in 1983 and in 1989 went solo with his company, Pollock Design Group. After 11 years of growth and creative/brand recognition, Rick realized that technology would become a major contributor to future business marketing and brand success. He embraced this by created Orbit Interactive, Inc. in April of 1994. His company would become an innovator of interactive new media technology and a leader in World Wide Web communications and development. He would present and demonstrate this to many businesses through seminars and speaking engagements. Orbit would build some of the very first websites for companies as large as UnitedHealthcare. As the technology momentum grew with the World Wide Web and interactive technology, Orbit expanded into interactive CD publishing where it caught the eye of a large educational publisher. They would acquire his company after only a few years and Rick would stay on for a few years longer as their Executive Director of Orbit Interactive.</p>

<p>After taking a short interim management position at Ludlow Advertising as their Vice President of Creative and Marketing, Rick would soon fine himself looking forward again to technology. With the ever so fast advancing e-learning arena beginning to take hold, Rick accepted a Director level position at LogicBay, Inc. There, he would lead the design and creative development of a large corporate e-learning and e-business (Internet) solution provider. Working with clients such as Prudential, John Deere, Maytag, Cargill, Ford Motor Company, U.S. Army, General Motors, 3M, Lockheed Martin, Freightliner, Lucent, GE Fanuc and others, he would help build new revenue streams through the packaging of intellectual capital online. There, Rick would work along side some of the biggest brands in the world and would translate them for the new technology platforms.</p>

<p>Today, at ImagePatrol, Inc., he brings this experience forward to help companies realize their brand vision and promise through precise brand positioning. With his diverse media and technology background grounded on a traditional foundation, Rick can deliver the creative edge companies need in today’s changing marketplace. He continues to lead the way by advancing business brands through intelligent brand marketing using the Internet and other avenues such as the growing social networks. Currently, he serves companies within the Healthcare, Medical device, Manufacturing and Construction markets. In some cases his clients have reported as much as a 20% to 30% increase in sales in which they have contributed directly to Rick’s work rejuvenating their company’s brand.</p>
